New at MetaCoat! Cutting and bending

Driven by a constant urge to offer our clients a more comprehensive service, we are happy to announce an addition to our services. A broader offering that helps realise additional savings and extra services for our clients. Any processing, from cutting to powder coating, is handled in our branch in Lummen, with the high quality standard that you are used to.

Our goal? To increase efficiency, reduce processing time and cut handling costs.

This is also our motivation behind these new investments: go all out for our clients. We are convinced of the added value of becoming a one-stop-shop and thereby realising additional savings and extra services for our clients.

CUTTING: all metals up to 4 m, up to a thickness of 6 mm.

BENDING: our CNC-controlled bending machine is the new pride of our fleet of machines: 8 controlled axis, up to 170 tonnes of compression force and fitted with a CADMAN touch operating system. All your metals up to 4 m in length will be bended by MetaCoat in-house.
